“I started yoga because I’m of a certain age & kept throwing my back out. I love my individual class, at home. Jennifer is prompt & ends on time, the class is specific to my body’s needs & I get adjustments so I know I’m holding a pose correctly & am not damaging my back. I get challenged and am feeling more strength in my body & am aware of my posture, which I hope will improve. Jennifer gives mental context to the poses as well, so I’m learning to meditate & to balance life. We have fun. She’s professional, funny & real. I’m learning a lot.””
Joanna Scott, New York, New York
“I have struggled with my weight for most of my life. I have tried so many diets and workout fads and they never worked for me. During class with Jenn I learned that I could work out and actually have fun at the same time...and I am more flexible than I was in my twenties!”
